Refund Policy

If you have received the wrong item, you are eligible to return it for store credit or request an exchange within 4 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that:

The product is unused, unworn, and in the same condition as it was delivered.

It must be returned with its original packaging and tags.

To initiate a return, kindly courier the item to our factory in Lahore. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a store credit refund equivalent to the product’s price. Please note that we do not reimburse shipping charges. In case you received a damaged product, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at 0347-2549592 with images of the issue.

Important Notes:
Color Variations: Slight color differences may occur due to screen display or lighting. These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for refund or exchange.

Design Adjustments: Our production team may make executive decisions regarding design or finishing, especially when facing material or logistical constraints. These changes are made in the best interest of product quality and do not qualify for refunds.

Misuse or Damage After Delivery: We are not responsible for damages resulting from accidents, misuse, or improper handling after the product has been delivered.

Refund Method: All approved refunds are issued in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
